COOKING GUIDELINES:

| Defrost overnight in chiller below 4°C and deep fry for 1.5 – 2 mins at 180°C. The thawing products need to consume in 48 hours.
The frozen product needs to deep-fry about 3.5 -4 mins at 180°C until it turns golden brown & crispy. This product is fully cooked when the core temperature reached 75°C. |
